Nothing much has changed over the last few centuries. It’s a con and it targets the gullible, ignorant and people who take pride in having some kind of “faith” in a higher kind of power and miracles.

What’s the big deal about taking a magnesium tablet with a glass of water every day?

Paul McCartney was definitely the most talented of the Beatles.

Yo Schmoly,
Sorry to disagree but I did not like most of Paul’s stuff that he wrote. He did a few great ones (Hey Jude; Yesterday) and a few more but I think even George Harrison’s music was greater than Paul’s. John and George’s music had more rawness to it, whilst most of the stuff Paul did was to me, kind of in the line of “silly little love songs” John Lennon was really the ultimate genius behind the Beatles in all ways.

Yeah, George was cool too but Lennon lost me when he started with the Maharashi/Yoko Ono story.

Roger Waters wrote the line in The Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking: “Did you understand the music, Yoko wasn’t all in vain”
I did not understand the music. I did not understand Yoko and still don’t.

Stupid housewives will spend money on this silly water pill. Only 15 mg magnesium, that’s absolutely nothing, I take a 250 mg magnesium tablet every day since my husband retired. It helps prevent burn out. Wifey’s little helper.

Shmoly I was in Natal a while back. Must say the Natal midlands are wonderfull. I was near Howick in the mist belt. I see blacks and whites get along with each other there. There is a mutual respect. Don’t know how long that is going to last.

Adriaan you are right, there is much less friction between the races here. People come all the way from Joburg to hire a maid from here because rural blacks don’t give grief. The Muslims here are very nice too, for eg where in Pretoria or Joburg could you have a huge sofa fetched from your house, fitted with 5″ wooden feet (supplied), broken spring replaced and returned, all for R400? The living is easy here. There is now an even greater flight from the rural areas into the urban areas as desperate former land workers try to find work in the bigger towns. It’s predicted that Joburg and Cape Town are going to have millions more migrant workers converging there and further straining the infrastructure. And this at a time when budgets for infrastructure are being slashed.
